A: 30-Day Free Returns (New & Unworn items).
We provide an engineering-grade experience. If the gear doesn't meet your standards, you have 30 days to initiate a return. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Simply email founder@founderthreads.co to start the process.
Q3: Deployment Speed (Shipping)?
A: 100% US-based fulfillment.
We run a lean, Just-in-Time production model to ensure zero inventory debt.
- Processing: Orders are compiled and printed within 1-5 business days.
- Transit Logic: Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days within the United States.
Current Status: Standard shipping is FREE for all domestic US orders.
